Subscription FAQs
When will I be billed for my subscription?
You will be billed for your first subscription delivery on the day you place your first order, and then the 1st of the month thereafter.
When you purchase a subscription, it will start the month following your initial purchase.
When will I receive my subscription?
Subscription packages will be mailed no later than the 3rd of the month.
Can I pause my subscription?
Unfortunately, due to the limited nature of the subscriptions, we do not support pausing subscriptions at this time as the slot could be opened for someone else who wishes to participate in the program. If you need to miss a month, you would need to cancel and then resubscribe at a later date.
I want to change from a Regular Size to a Junior SIze (or vice versa). How can I do that?

Why can't I order other items with my subscription?
The way my software works, I cannot separate an order once it has been submitted. So if you order individual items along with the subscription, the individual items can't be shipped separately as I an only create one shipping label per order. You will need to wait until the subscription for that item ships to receive your other items.
