Subscription FAQs

When will I be billed for my subscription?

You will be billed for your first subscription delivery on the day you place your first order, and then the 10th of the month thereafter.

Why do we pay for subscriptions two months in advance?

Subscriptions are limited edition stickers, and are treated as pre-orders. We will do a limited production run based on the number of orders received. This helps with the exclusivity of the subscription and keeps costs down. We only produce what is needed for that month;s subscription.

When will I receive my subscription?

Your subscription should be mailed by the middle of the month prior. March's collection will be shipped by mid-February. We do our best to get them out as soon as possible. Sometimes manufacturing delays happen.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! You can log into your account and select the Manage Subscription menu item in the customer portal.

I want to change from a Regular Size to a Junior SIze (or vice versa). How can I do that?

That's something we would need to handle behind the scenes. Send an email to lisa@hobbsstickerco.com for assistance.

Can I order other items with my subscription?

You can, but the items will be shipped with the subscription as the system will not charge separate shipping for the subscription and the additional items.

Can I add another subscription size to my existing subscription?

Yes! This is best handled behind the scenes so you only have to pay one shipping charge. Please email lisa@hobbsstickerco.com.
